Slip Deposit Agreement:

I authorize Cape Crossing Resort and Marina to charge my card for this Slip Deposit ($300 per slip request). I understand that this deposit will place me on the waiting list and does not guarantee a slip assignment. The deposit will be applied to my Slip License fees when I sign a slip license and bring my vessel into the marina. Should I decide not to be on the waiting list my deposit will be returned to me.
